Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect as per the confirmed order.

Non-Refundable Items

Customized and personalized products, including engraved items, LED frames, trophy bases, MDF trophies, and wooden trophies, are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear images of the product and packaging.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within the applicable time frame.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error from our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders once confirmed or processed for customization cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests must be raised before production begins.
